My wife annouced today that she wanted a trailer tent to go on holiday and weekend breaks. So the hunt is on for a cheap trailer tent. At work she has been surfing the net and spotted a few cheap trailer tents. What she probably does not realise is that these cheap ones will need work. Now I can put up with an outfit that just needs a clean and a few alterations but from experience I know she will be put off, if its not clean and as new!
So we will go through the motion and visit cheap trailer tents until she comes round to realising that we will need to pay a bit more to get a reasonable outfit. I know she will want something that looks good on the camp site. So no projects! I suppose I am getting to the stage where I do not want any more projects. So I will put my foot down and say no! OK! OK! I do not mind if it needs a paint job or the zip sewn up or a new floor but I will draw the line at a total rebuild!
I will keep you informed if and when we get the trailer tent!
